Read the case study titled, Starbucks Corporation (B),
located in Casepack HTM 520: Strategic Planning in Hospitality and Tourism.

Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:

Analyze
the four-step program that Shultz has initiated for the turnaround of
Starbucks. With the overall mission of Starbucks in mind, assess the
degree to which the program successfully aligned with the new operations
and retrenchment.
Analyze
the six (6) transformation initiatives that Shultz has outlined within
the transformation agenda. Determine the two (2) transformation
initiatives that you believe are most effective. Provide a rationale for
your response.
Examine
two (2) of the operational threats that impact the overall growth and
profitability of Starbucks in the future. Suggest two (2) strategies that
could be implemented in order to combat these forces. Justify your
response.

margins on all sides; citations and references must follow APA or
school-specific format. Check with your professor for any additional
instructions.
Include
